OUR HISTORY
In 1969, Spera purchased the 19th century Gale Farm and opened an office in its classic brick farmhouse. Since then, all Pall Spera Company associates have been state-licensed professionals specializing in residential and commercial development and sales, as well as appraisal fields.
Pall Spera Company maintains membership in multiple organizations, including the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors, Vermont Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN).
Consistently, Pall Spera Company represents the area’s largest selection of properties, from starter lots and homes for young families to luxurious estates and historic Vermont residences featured in prestigious architectural publications.

MARKETING STRATEGIES
At Pall Spera Company our carefully formulated marketing plan includes local, regional, national and international exposure. We do focus on the Internet, since 87 percent of all buyers begin their search online. Many live out of state and are looking for a second or retirement home, but we also help many find their primary home in our special state. Vacationers, retirees and many others come to the Stowe area and fall in love. Local and regional advertising reaches these potential buyers. We maintain a presence in Vermont newspapers; our brochures, signs and window displays are highly visible. Community involvement is a priority at Pall Spera Company. By supporting art and cultural events we reach both Lamoille County and Washington Couny residents and visitors who return, year after year.
